8. Pricing, Payments and Taxes

We reserve the right to adjust course pricing, instructor commissions, and subscription or membership fees. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy. We do not store any credit card or banking details. VAT or GST is calculated based on the location of the customer. Instructors are responsible for their own income tax obligations.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted if the course has not been accessed, if the content is defective or misrepresented, or if the refund request is submitted within the stated timeframe, such as 7 or 14 days. Refunds cannot be issued for completed courses, generated certificates, or digital materials that have already been accessed or downloaded.

We reserve the right to deactivate or restrict user accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, policy violations, or illegal activities. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.
